182·2 months agoGrowing up in a white, blue collar (mostly Democrat) family, I’m ashamed to say that I’ve seen this bullshit first hand. Sometimes overtly. Even after marrying in to an upper middle class white collar (mostly Democrat) family, I’m ashamed to say that I’ve continued to see this bullshit first hand. It’s just more subtle now.
I can’t change people’s minds, but at least I won’t raise my kids this way. Absolutely not.

2·2 months agoI was in the top 1% for Beatles listeners a few years back. That was shocking, but it was a deep-dive I did over like 6 months, so I guess it makes sense. Still, given their popularity it really surprised me an made me question Spotify’s metrics
