I spent a few months trying out all the major streaming services and found that, for me, Apple Music provided the best experience.

Don’t you love when others prove your point for you? Those downvotes are quite petty.
Up: comment adds to conversation or makes me laugh
Down: comment talks about upvotes/downvotes, is hateful, is blatant misinformation, is just a gif, is completely unrelated to the conversation, is a clickbait video with a clickbait thumbnail
No vote: everything else.

3·5 个月前No fucking way.
You can’t pay me to wear anything on my wrist even without the government spying. And no way in hell would I trust anything this administration recommends.

Technology@lemmy.world•YouTube might slow down your videos if you block adsEnglish
3·6 个月前There exists a massive, global network of websites that are all easily searchable through various means.
I look up and view similar topics to you and never use YouTube for them.
Try searching the internet as a whole!

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you think Lemmy has a culture separate from Reddit or is it basically the same?
51·6 个月前It is the same.
Big communities suck.
Small communities are great if you are part of the in crowd, if not it sucks.
Mods suck.
Admins really suck.
The content is the same, just a day behind.
It is the same.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•There's a noticable influx of trans kids in my job. Are there any topics I should avoid or considerations I should take into account when training them?
12·6 个月前As expected, a complete lack of empathy
You’re right. If that dude works with you, I’d also suggest them to brush up their resume.

You are completely and entirely missing the point of this post.
When new people from different cultures or backgrounds assimilate into a new work place, being culturally sensitive is expected and the standard.
Wow. Fuuuuuuuuck YouTube.
Also, Firefox plus Ublock Origin makes ads on YouTube go away.
No one quits a job. Everyone quits a boss.
This saying has held true for me for decades.
No, but thank you!
Absolutely agreed all around.
For me, in my job, AI has been a fantastic tool. It feels like I was using a plain screw driver and now I have a cordless, light power drill. It really is doing “grunt” work for me so I can focus on the more complex tasks.
AI is the evolution of tools. Like any other modern tool, either learn it and use it or be left behind.

101·7 个月前Good! In my opinion this entirely changes the feature to acceptable.

It doesn’t.
It takes time and effort to gain more knowledge. It has never been cheaper or more accessible to acquire knowledge than it is today.
To increase your intelligence, is another matter all together.
