For me I’d say…

Borderlands 2 Left4Dead 2 Destiny 2 Zombies Ate my Neighbours (SNES) Pokémon (ZA has me at the moment but I’d say keep Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire)

CO-OP shooters with single player elements are what I’d play more than anything else to avoid it being the same thing over and over, Destiny has hit hard times recently but still has a lot to give.

ZAMN is just cool.

I can lose hours shiny hunting and mucking about in the Pokémon games so easily has to be one around.

I wouldn’t describe most of that as hacking. Reads like sudo larping drivel to me.

It’s all about the numbers, go after a few to scare the masses then give them a safe alternative.

If enshitification comes in to it and it starts to look better to pirate (shows/films disappearing, ads, bloat, needing 15 different subscriptions and so on) then piracy will increase again.

For me Netflix/Disney+/Prime have laid the foundation of no longer relying on Sky’s overpriced satellite packages at least so there’s a positive.

It’s about making it easily available so it’s more effort to pirate it. If it’s available on a streaming service you already have or you can purchase it for not a lot then most people will take the easy way out and pay.

I’ll go plain old paracetamol which works for me most of the time. If that fails then ibuprofen would be my next choice.

I still play, I can see me running out of desire to play as much with the changes to the way new content is delivered.

Unless something changes soon for the better I can’t see the game staying afloat for more than the next couple of years. Which is a real shame.

The first generation DS could play GBA games.

The original Wii could play GameCube games.

The 3DS ran DS games.

The GBA ran GB and GBC games.

The WiiU could run most Wii games.

Nintendo has history making backwards compatibility a selling point of it help sell consoles.

Someone else may be able to offer a better solution but it’s more to do with events being tied to the draw of a frame.

Update positions of objects, check where things are each time a frame is drawn. Speed up the rate frames are drawn at and the logic does those checks much, much faster. Causing issues.
