

One of the biggest reasons I don’t like going to movies in the US is the lack of intermission. I just don’t get it. Broadway shows? Intermission. Live music? Intermission (or, at least, breaks between sets). 3 hour movies? Come on now masochism cadets, let’s see how excruciating this film can be!
Like, I know it’s been normalized here, but I have no idea why.







Not to be pedantic, but your critique of the existence of an announcement trailer feels like walking into a pizza shop, ordering a pizza, then getting mad because you wanted a burger.
If you don’t like announcement teasers then don’t watch them and just wait for the reveal trailer to release?
It usually goes announcement -> teaser -> reveal -> the rest
