I just downloaded Voyager, it’s very clear that Sync is now abandonware.

This is the root of the problem, isn’t it? When someone proves you wrong, and you persist despite evidence to the contrary, that’s pretty stupid, right? This high school debate sophistry that Kirk and his contemporaries engage in isn’t a good faith discussion and most of his audience isn’t equipped with the critical thinking skills to understand that.

This is probably not the whole reason but in my opinion it is the primary one. Young men are indirectly being told their problems don’t matter because when they are raised they get slapped down for trying to take attention away from women’s issues, and that leaves a very sour taste in their mouths that makes it easy for charlatans like Tate to take advantage of. Especially low-status white men getting hit with the double whammy of being assumed to be just fine because everyone knows how easy it is to be a white man, right? Thanks, apex fallacy.
The times where men have tried to form positive social support structures like the MRA/MGTOW movement, they are derided as being misogynistic, which becomes a self fulfilling prophecy as the outside attacks reinforce those assumptions. If you look at these groups today, they are absolutely infiltrated by misogynist and racist voices, but that’s not how they started. Gamergate is another example of this phenomenon.
I’m not trying to invalidate the issues women face or trying to claim that men have it worse. It seems we collectively treat this as a zero sum game instead of getting folks the help they need for the specific problems they face, and it creates a situation where people who could otherwise be saved are radicalized by assholes who are all too willing to capitalize on that and radicalize them. Worse, the continuing polarization makes it very difficult for anyone left of center to walk back and try to address men’s issues without immediately being beset upon by a mercilessly vocal minority of feminists who see any attempt to help men as a distraction from their own issues.
Remember that each person parroting Tate’s rhetoric isn’t some hyper-privileged fratboy who is looking for an excuse to do violence to women. Some of them certainly are, but I would bet that a majority of them are low-status men who don’t see any other options.

That was a filler arc. The Jinchu arc that takes place after Kyoto in the manga has some really cool moments.

Basic Necron Warriors have always been innumerable and disposable.Their number is legion, their name is death. Lorewise gauss weapons shred their armor i guess, but it’s also been inconsistent as they are not always high AP on the table.
Usually if Necron Warriors are portrayed as unstoppable killing machines it’s because they were in their pre-5th edition lore where they were on par with space marines, and limited in number because it’s always on a Tomb World that is just starting to wake up.

Necrons for sure IMO
I think you’re giving her too much credit, I think it was merely pragmatism. “Someone is gonna go down for this, may as well not be me.”
How on earth would an average person looking at this pic of Cavill know it’s Hugo Boss?

Hard disagree because of the bait and switch with both the graphics and gameplay of the game. All people wanted was a reskinned mega man game which is what they billed this as in the kickstarter all those years ago. Then they pivoted to ugly 3d models instead of sprites, and failed to live up to gameplay expectations.
If a game is terrible in terms of fulfilling what it advertised itself to be, IMO that makes it a terrible game.

I just finished Astro Bot and it is a very good game. However, it is very derivative of Mario to the point where it is very clearly a Mario game, except you are collecting PlayStation member-berries instead of stars or whatever.
I loved it, but I have a hard time justifying it as GotY. IMO it should have gone to Wukong or Balatro.

Book Aragorn didn’t really struggle with that but I thought it was a good choice in the movie to hammer home his worthiness.

1.2kg of cannabis would be like a lifetime supply for me. That’s a cumbersome amount of pot.

Well, it’s better to have them decoupled. For example, let’s say you’re trying to watch The Godfather in French, you wouldn’t want the scenes in Italy to have hardcoded English subs.
Likely intentional. I’m guessing they have a name in mind for either gender but don’t want to reveal it.

I’m a recent MBA grad and I can attest that stuff like this was an important part of the curriculum re: sustainable growth. Cutting corners, focusing on short term profits is always a dead end. When leaders get lazy and don’t drive a culture that is aligned with the company’s mission, values, and obligations, decay is inevitable. The Boeing board of directors is as complicit in all of this as their executives are.
I don’t necessarily believe you have to have deep expertise in a given field to govern a business in said field. Often it’s even an advantage to come in with a fresh set of eyes. But you need to at least RESPECT that field and its experts and be forthright about taking responsibility when you take action intended to eliminate waste. If the only metric you are using is revenue, or operating profit, or whatever, you are creating an organization that is incentivized to maximize those at the expense of other, core-business-critical factors. If you’re making something inconsequential, by all means take those risks and race to the bottom. But when people’s lives are at stake, you need to have reverence for what your business actually does.
What gave you this impression?
