So you can block anything that starts with “www.reddit.com/api” in your custom filters (after all you’re using old.reddit.com), then you’re mostly free from Reddit trackers (more or less). Side effect is, you won’t be able to use the chat in the old interface.

You can’t get RCS without Google Messages. An option is using a messaging apps like Beeper https://www.beeper.com/, which can connect to Google Messages (bridge) so you can read your messages in Beeper.

I heard only about Curve pay and Vipps for Nordic countries.

True, the README needs some updates. Feel free to open issues or make pull requests.

You can’t unlock samsung in canada/usa models. There are paid services but it isn’t worth it. Nobody makes custom roms for locked devices.

YouTube has been profitable since 2019

There are browser extensions that automatically switch from YouTube to an alternative platform if video is available on both.

If you want to run Android apps on Linux try Waydroid. It is probably one of the best option right now.

Samsung is a joke company. They block oem unlock from One ui 8. Samsung IMS isn’t working in custom roms (AOSP) because they have some close implementation of IMS.
You should look to other company for next phone.
