That scene is the reason I won’t ever watch this movie again. It just so incredibly real and depressing. It shatters any illusion you may have that you will be a hero in a dire situation like that.
I thought it was going to be Kirk in the last panel. The Charlie, not the captain.
The comic was moderately funny, but this exchange is great. Thanks.
The meme could be interpreted as contrasting the two. I read it as such at first, but started doubting as I read the comments.
