I bought my first MacBook in '07, which came with Tiger installed. A couple of months later they released Leopard for £130, or free if you bought your Mac within the last month. So I contacted them and asked whether I’d had mine too long to get the free update. They said I had, but that they’d send me the disc for the cost of postage anyway.
So I paid £5 for Leopard.
And if your hardware doesn’t support it, then OCLP is your friend.

Amazing. Make loads of noise about snagging Christian from Apollo to be a part of the relaunch, then make an app that has nowhere near the charm of Apollo.

I saw the London Symphony Orchestra play Holst’s The Planets at the Royal Albert Hall at the weekend. We were sat right up by the organ pipes, so when they started rumbling it was absolutely incredible.

Hard to do AirPlay from a Pixel.
Literally the only reason my LG TV is hooked up to the wifi is so I can show my wife stuff from my Android phone. For everything else we have an Apple TV.
I can’t see any good reason to allow a fridge access to the internet.

Being English, I’m stubbornly monolingual (aside from some leftover schoolboy French), so when I was invited to a Sikh wedding I was genuinely amazed by all the guests just flowing between English and Punjabi as if they were the same language.

I just finished playing the first Death Stranding. If I didn’t know it was by Hideo Kojima going in, I sure as hell knew by the end of the first hour.
