6·1 year agoGrade 9- girlfriend at the time was “blessed” so to speak. Learned e women have a much more difficult time finding bras and underwear that “work” than most men do.

8·1 year agoProgressive meditation. 1 minute a day for a week 5 minutes a day for a week I personally used openmindapp.org- got to the point where I was doing the much longer choices as the weeks progressed.

Was this reasoning explained to you by your doctor? I am super curious as to how that makes sense.
