This has been going on for at least several months

Doesn’t matter how many times I hide a post, mark as read, they still keep coming back on my main feed and it’s driving me f’king bananas

edit: I should also mention I’ve gone through, in various iterations, all the basic troubleshooting things. I’ve cleared, logged/relogged, uninstalled, updated, joined/left the beta, blah blah. The issue always comes back

    • If you hide a post, it is marked as hidden on the server, and it should not appear again on your feed. Make sure that the option Show hidden in the top right overflow menu is unchecked.
    • If a post is marked as read, it is marked as read on the server, and it should not appear again if Show read posts is unchecked for your account in Settings - Account preferences. Make sure to save the settings with the button “Save” before leaving the screen.

    Both options only work for logged in users.
