11·1 month agoThe fact AI has yet to do anything other than increase costs, increase the time taken to ship anything (particularly code), decrease trust and socialise the cost of data centres and electricity…
I’d say it’s an all of us problem and a fucking stupid problem to have.

11·1 month agoThat’s not a use case for users. That’s a use case for a very specific sub group who likely weren’t using the OS at all. Not saying it’s not good they would be able to if that works for them, which I doubt.
Its still not a reason to foist it onto all of us

I have to second this. It’s been amazing across the board for so much. Lots of documentation to assist with problems and you learn so much.
Feels like that might be the largest problem right now.
Anyone fearful enough can come up with an excuse to own a gun.
My line is for ending Nazis and fascists, beyond that the protection of life only.
I too think we need more Nazis on the internet /s
