As a former food service and retail worker through many jobs, the worst people are other coworkers, mostly meddling managers, not really the customers. The shitty management makes the job horrible. These asshat assistant store managers who get power trips and have no actual skills.

I’ll never understand these approaches to learning. They require remembering the phrase, and then require remembering how the phrase translates to the rules you need to remember.

In our older house, we got endless comments about how tankless is the greatest thing ever and we should get one. In our new house, we have a tankless and we get endless comments about how they’re not worth it and will break and we should get a traditional water heater.

Essentially that (they just assumed was a fact) all other countries worldwide follow the American calendar, years, language, everything.

Specifically they were arguing China was in the same exact “year” as the United States.

I saw them pulling over tons of people last night on the way home. Ensuring they get their monthly income early, I guess. Or just a need for harassment.

In one instance, it awkwardly caused the 70mph to slow quickly to 30 in one lane. Super safe. So glad they are causing those traffic flow issues for … safety?
